For Sale

Our Raleigh home is officially on the market. We decided that the sooner we got to selling the better, so we're hosting an open house tomorrow (well, really today, since it's after midnight) We're using a stair-step approach to home sales ... basically that means we've opted to start with the least expensive option and will work our way up through more expensive options. Consequently, we've advertised for our open house on craigslist and ran an ad in the paper. Since we only recently decided to host the open house, the ad in the paper won't run until tomorrow. Excitingly enough, we've already had one couple stop by based solely off of the craigslist advertising. Hopefully, they will return tomorrow!
