First of all, I have so many more pictures to share from our trip to Florida, but I have barely had time to pull them off my camera! It's honestly been that busy around here. Let's not mention the three sessions I'm behind on proofing - Working full-time while trying to keep up with the demands of a photography startup has proved exhausting. I'm still open to opportunities, but I won't likely be seeking them as aggressively as I have over the past couple of months.
At any rate, I wanted to share some shots from the couple of days we spent as Disney. We had such a blast. 3 is an AWESOME age to visit Disney. Brick was amazingly well-behaved even through the long days with no nap. He was a champ in the lines, and we waited in a lot of them! We probably waited equally as long for some of the characters as we did for the rides, but it was all so much fun.
Who doesn't love the Tomorrowland Speedway? Bryan let Brick drive the whole time - Can you guess which one of them probably had the most fun?

Adorable story about meeting the princesses - There was a 45 minute wait (YIKES), but Brick thought it was a good idea. While we were in line, we tried to entertain and encourage him by talking about who was his favorite princess. He decided it was Belle (for whatever reason - you'd have to ask him). So, it's finally our turn and as it turns out, Cinderella's the first princess you meet. They're all in the same room though, so Brick can clearly see Belle and Princess Aurora nearby.
He's never been afraid of the characters, but all of a sudden, he WOULD NOT go up to Cinderella, and he was mumbling something under his breath. I stooped down to hear what he was saying only to hear, "She's not my favorite. Belle's my favorite." in this very sweet, loyal voice. Thankfully, Cinderella was quite gracious about it, and invited Brick to come and sit with her while Belle finished meeting with another prince.

This shot with Goofy might just be Brick's favorite memory. He would tell the story over and over about how that silly Goofy signed his autograph book on his head. As Brick puts it, "He's such a goofball."
